Blessed is the chaturdashi tithi in the month of Kartik, as it is the holy disappearance day of two dear associates of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, namely Sri Bhugarbh goswami and Sri Kasisvara pandit.Just like his very dear friend, Sri Lokanath Prabhu, not much has been mentioned about Sri Bhugarbh goswami. When Sri Sachinandan Gaurahari instructed Lokanath prabhu to go to Vrindavan, Sri Bhugrabh goswami also accompanied him and came to Sridham Vrindavan, where they both stayed and performed bhajan for the rest of their lives. According to Sri Gaura ganadesh deepika, Sri Bhugarbh goswami is said to be Prema Manjari in Vraja lila.Sri Kasisvara pandit was a dear associate of Gauranga, whom Mahaprabhu instructed to go to Vrindavan, when he heard news of Srila Rupa goswami having found the deity of Sri Govinda dev. However, Sri Kasisvara pandit was very morose about the idea of leaving the dear association for Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and requested him to find a solution to his situation, so that he may be able to follow the instructions of the Lord and still not leave his body due to being in separation from the Lord of his life, Sri Sachinandan. The Lord then manifested a vigraha of Sri Gauranga, which Sri Kasisvara pandit brought with him to Vrindavan and worshiped along with Sri Govinda dev.On this auspicious occasion of their disappearance, we pray to them to please bestow upon us their causeless mercy, so that we may be able to gain deep attachment to the lotus feet of Sri Chaitanya Mahaoprabhu.
